It is your responsibility to review these updates. If you disagree with any revisions, you should discontinue use of the site, uninstall our apps, and stop accessing the data.

HipHopCast makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the data provided. By using HipHopCast.com, you confirm that you are over 15 years of age and, if you are a minor, have obtained the consent of a legal guardian.

The data offered by HipHopCast.com is publicly accessible information, gathered from third-party sources using proprietary software. This data is organized and displayed in unique ways by HipHopCast.com, making it proprietary in nature.

Data Usage Rights

You may share HipHopCast.com’s data, including screenshots or images, as long as you give proper credit to HipHopCast.com as the data source. The correct way to do this is by linking back to the original data source and clearly stating that the data is provided by HipHopCast.com. This applies when sharing on social media, blogs, or any publication.

If you use HipHopCast.com data in a YouTube video, you must include a link in the video description and acknowledge HipHopCast.com as the source either verbally or in writing within the video.

It is prohibited to mass copy data from HipHopCast.com’s website through methods like botting, scraping, or crawling, and doing so may result in being blocked from the site. The only permissible way to gather large amounts of data is through the custom reports feature or by requesting it directly from HipHopCast.com (through email or support ticket submission).

HipHopCast.com does not delete data displayed on its website. All data comes from public sources and will remain visible. If you want your statistics from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Instagram) removed from HipHopCast.com, you will need to adjust the privacy settings on those platforms. To reiterate, HipHopCast.com only displays data that is publicly available on these platforms, and altering it would affect our integrity. For private social media profiles, simply adjust the privacy settings on the relevant platform.

Data Sources

HipHopCast.com uses publicly available services from platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, and Daily Motion to keep data updated. Unless specifically authorized (e.g., for identity verification), we only gather publicly accessible data from these platforms, and we do not collect private information. To revoke access or remove yiur data, submit a support ticket via: contact@HipHopCast.com. If you want to delete your HipHopCast.com account and all connected accounts, you can do so in the account settings.
